While FAR ...Chris,<br /><br />that is an excellent creation!<br /><br />While FAR from your intense workout , I did manage a brisk 45-minute ride Sunday morning! <br /><br />That was my first. I have gone two weeks now at 30 minutes per day--although the first wssk I did not ride on the weekend. <br /><br />Previously, my riding was about three times a week, but I shall ride each day now and go 45 minutes when I feel up to the task.
