That seems SO long ago! I realize it was only 10 years ago, but so much has happened since then that it seems much less recent.

David - I know exactly what you mean! I've moved 800 miles from where I grew up and spent 40 years of my life leaving family and friends behind.
My job has changed radically from what it was when I came out here.
I've put my kids through the trauma of a divorce, though they seem to have gotten through it OK.
My dad's gone.
I've had one son leave home for college and another one going this year, and I've seen all my kids mature!
That's just a few of the highlights! I am thankful though that you and I have remained friends all this time!
You've had a lot happen too my friend!
