First off, Happy New Year to everyone! I hope 2011 will be an excellent year for you and yours! So, I arose this morning knowing full well what my mission was; to clean the kitchen which over the past week sine my children Scott and Danielle arrived to spend a week with me after Christmas, has deteriorated into a 'No Fry' zone. It was a mess with virtually no counter space available! Last night making hot snacks 7 for New Year's Eve did not help this situation either. I summoned El Dios Blanco, and swept through the area.
