It is sunny, and bright, and at just past 9:30 AM the temperature is 50 degrees! We are well on our way to hitting 60 today!

It took a long time for me to figure this out because it's been quite a while since I saw the show. At first I knew it wasn't Alf. Is it Dr. Johnny Fever from the WKRP in Cincinnati?

Yes, this is my final answer, unless 'ALF' is a better one. At this point, I can hardly tell the difference..
