I learned something new about food today while watching Dinner: Impossible during my exercise bike ride. I learned that true Sushi chefs spend 3 years learning and practicing how to just make the rice part of Sushi!

One of the great things about working out with an exercise bike is the fact that it gives you a low impact workout.
